General Conditions of sale for Molesini-market.com
Our website’s purpose is to sell typical Italian products coming from our store located in Cortona, Italy.
Each product has is own specifications listed (appellation, name of producer, vintage, price, etc.) and some wines will have a price of zero due to their changing value.
Price for these products is determinate of the variation in the market and will be indicated only after transmission of the order.
Additionally, there is no listed price for shipping because each country has unique shipping regulations and cost will be indicated after transmission of the order.
The electronic order will be completed over 24-48 hours in the following process:
- Order received by e-mail
- Molesini Market will check the availability of products
- For the articles at zero price, appropriate prices will be determined
- Calculate shipping
- Send customer invoice, including shipping, via email. Invoice is all inclusive of the order cost
- All invoices are considered proposals until a confirmation of the order has been received from the customer.
Shipping and cost of shipping:
After client confirmation, Molesini Market will complete and send the order within 10 business days.
Upon leaving our location, shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks to receive.
Shipping is done by National and International couriers with the option of tracking.
At time of order confirmation, we will need the exact shipping address and zip code.
Please note that all shipments containing alcohol require a signature upon receipt.
We accept major credit cards. The credit card information is not collected through our website.
After the customer’s order confirmation, we will send information on how to make a payment.
In case of returned or damaged goods, refunds will take place in the original form of payment.
Rendering and exchange of goods:
It is possible to return goods within 10 days of receipt. The item must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
The address for returning items is listed below. Customer is responsible for any cost associated with returning items and shipping must be paid for by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in e-mail, before sending the return.

Defective items or not complying to the order:
Any defective items or incorrect products should be sent back to us within 10 days of receipt and in original packaging.
Upon confirmation of an item’s defect, customer will be reimbursed for shipping expenses and will be refunded in the original form of payment.
